1.  Available Financing & Acceptable Payment Scheme:

7.  Schedule of Payments

8.  Discounts for Pagibig,  Bank & Cash Deferred

    • 10% discount of TCP for amount less than 5M if Buyer pays within 30 days from reservation date

9.  Other Fees to Pay Separately
